Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Executive will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property rights related to the company's operations. The role will involve conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice skills.
• Experience in managing legal matters, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property rights.
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
