Details of the Job/Internship
SRIVAY is hiring a Legal Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts.
- Handle high-stakes contract disputes, litigation, and arbitration-related matters.
- Manage and track the progress of ongoing legal cases, ensuring adherence to case timelines.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to prepare comprehensive documentation and status reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding legal developments and case statuses.
- Ensure organizational adherence to all legal compliance and management functions.
- Coordinate effectively with external advocates, court registries, and legal authorities.
- Independently appear and follow up on legal cases in the absence of senior counsel.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant legal experience.
- LLB degree is mandatory.
- Must be based in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex legal responsibilities.
Salary/Stipend
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
