Details of the Job/Internship
Sun Construction is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive to join them at their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling matters related to property law, and conducting conveyancing tasks.
- The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with legal standards and to support the company’s real estate operations.
Eligibility
- Expertise in Law and Property Law.
- Skilled in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing.
- Aptitude for providing sound Legal Advice.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or a related field.
- Professional experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
