Details of the Job/Internship

Suta is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal contracts and documents.
• Administer and enforce company contracts.
• Provide legal advice on various business matters.
• Handle property law-related issues.
• Conduct due diligence for business transactions and projects.
• Ensure company legal practices comply with current laws and regulations.
• Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Expertise in law, property law, and due diligence.
• Experience in legal document preparation, contract administration, and providing legal advice.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
