Tanla Platforms Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–5 years of experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and compliance to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for technology, telecom, and enterprise agreements.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and document business arrangements.
- Manage compliance and risk assessments through reviewing undertakings, certificates, and other legal instruments.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, raise queries, and prepare reports for internal teams.
- Support the Legal Director in litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel.
- Stay updated on statutory, regulatory, and compliance developments relevant to the business.
- Use Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and compliance tools for contract tracking and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and compliance, preferably in technology or telecom.
- Strong knowledge of commercial laws, arbitration laws, and data protection/privacy laws.
- Experience with RFPs/RFQs and contract review for tech and enterprise clients.
- Exposure to litigation management and in-house legal operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CLM systems and compliance monitoring platforms.
