Teal India is hiring a Legal Executive to prepare Title Due Diligence Reports and provide legal opinions for properties in the Bengaluru office. The role involves handling client cases, coordinating with external counsels, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Verify and draft Title Due Diligence Reports and provide legal opinions for properties.
- Manage cases efficiently and report escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with external counsels and clients.
- Conduct research on land laws across different states and liaise with vendors for documents and reports.
- Draft and vet contracts and other legal documents.
- Handle other related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Ability to work with confidential documents.
- Good understanding of real estate laws; knowledge of RERA is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, with ability to read in Marathi.
- Prior experience in real estate law and familiarity with property documentation is preferred.
