Teal India is hiring a Legal Executive with 5+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title verification and perform in-depth property due diligence.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Manage assigned cases efficiently, ensuring timely updates and escalation handling.
- Liaise with external counsels, clients, and stakeholders.
- Research state-specific land laws and coordinate with vendors to obtain required documents and reports.
- Assist with property registration processes..
- Support other legal tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility
- Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate law.
- Can handle confidential documentation with integrity.
- Has a sound understanding of property laws; knowledge of RERA is a plus.
- Is detail-oriented and organized.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient in Bengali (ability to read the language is essential).
- Has prior experience with property documentation and title verification (preferred).
