Details of the Job/Internship

Teal India is hiring a Legal Executive to join their team and assist in simplifying the property due diligence journey for clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Verifying and performing title due diligence and providing legal opinion.
• Drafting and vetting contracts and other documents.
• Effective management of allotted cases and timely reporting of escalations.
• Coordinating with external counsel and clients.
• Researching land laws of different states and coordinating with vendors for securing documents and reports.
• Handling property registration work.
• Handling other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Eligibility

• Ability to work with confidential documents.
• Basic understanding of real estate laws (sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage).
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu.
• Prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of basic property documentation is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
