Details of the Job/Internship

Teal India is hiring a Legal Executive with experience in real estate law to support legal scrutiny and title due diligence for the Maharashtra region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform title due diligence and provide legal opinions for Maharashtra properties.
• Draft and vet contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage assigned legal cases and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with external counsel and clients.
• Conduct research on land laws and coordinate with vendors for documents.
• Handle property registration and other assigned legal tasks.

Eligibility

• Must be proficient in reading Marathi.
• Basic understanding of real estate and property laws.
• Prior experience in real estate legal work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RERA is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and research skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
