Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry to join their offices in Pune and Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, Master Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreements, and more.
• Manage government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, and EOIs.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for contractual amendments and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations in contracts.
• Ensure the company’s interests are safeguarded in contractual matters.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
