Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd. is hiring a legal executive to join them in Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Executive will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, and expertise in general corporate laws and contracts. 

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Advice skills.
• Legal Document Preparation expertise.
• Proficiency in Corporate Laws and Contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the construction or energy sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law is a must.

Salary/Stipend
