Details of the Job/Internship

TECHVED Consulting is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive.

Role and Responsibilities

• Agreements for rendering various IT services, Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality agreements with clients/ vendors/partners/employees, Memoranda of Understanding, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Vendors contract, Licensing Agreements, Affidavits, Employment contract, Tenancy agreement, leases etc.
• Negotiation of Customer as well as Vendor agreements
• Interactions with Solicitors and Advocates across the globe for various litigations as well as Intellectual Property Registrations
• Well versed with Cyber Laws in India, International Laws relating to Information Technology, Privacy Laws, Protection of IPRs and the procedures in respect of Civil and Criminal Matters.
• knowledgeable in legal aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Shops and Establishment Legislations, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act etc.
• Analysing legal implications of various issues and advising various internal stakeholders and management on it.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Post graduate in Law with min 2-4 years of experience in corporate legal consulting
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be a self-starter, proactive target oriented.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
