Details of the Job/Internship

The Address - Your Destination of Growth is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, management, and stakeholders on matters related to contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements to protect the company’s interests and ensure legal compliance.
• Legal Research: Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business, particularly in areas such as contract law, employment law, and intellectual property.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation efficiently and cost-effectively.
• External Collaboration: Coordinate with external legal counsel and advisors as necessary.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial law firm.
• Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and corporate governance.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
• Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
