Details of the Job/Internship

AV7 SCM is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 2–3 years to join their head office in Tirupur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor and client agreements.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labour, and commercial laws.
• Monitor legal changes and advise management on implications.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and legal firms.
• Handle legal notices, replies, opinions, and court-related documentation.
• Track ongoing cases and maintain litigation status reports.
• Advise HR on employment laws, disciplinary actions, termination, suspension, and compliance matters.
• Review HR policies, SOPs, and employee-related documentation.
• Identify legal risks and provide preventive legal advice.
• Support management in decision-making from a legal risk perspective.
• Maintain legal MIS, case trackers, and compliance calendars.
• Prepare legal summaries and reports for management review.

Eligibility

• LLB / BL from a recognised university.
• Enrollment with Bar Council is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate or legal firm.
• Experience in handling corporate legal matters is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, and contract law.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with government departments and legal counsel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Salary/Stipend
