Details of the Job/Internship
The Minimalist is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role at its Kurla office. The role involves providing legal guidance across projects, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance across the company’s projects.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
- Coordinate timely resolution of legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and documentation management.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, intellectual property laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in legal research, regulatory laws, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior work experience in a corporate legal environment is advantageous.
