TM Ventures is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of all Intellectual Property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, IP consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain and update the company’s IP portfolio, databases, and internal legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on IP laws, recent developments, and industry best practices.
- Provide legal support to internal business teams on IP compliance, infringement matters, and related regulatory issues.
- Monitor and track IP renewals, filings, oppositions, and ensure timely submissions and responses.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Intellectual Property law.
- Strong knowledge of IP registration, protection, enforcement, and licensing procedures.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries will be considered an advantage.
