TM Ventures is hiring a Legal Executive (Intellectual Property) with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Versova, Andheri, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Intellectual Property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and IP consultants.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and IP portfolio.
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights on IP issues and industry best practices.
- Support legal and business teams with compliance and regulatory matters related to IP.
- Track IP renewal deadlines, filings, and ensure timely submissions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property law.
- Strong understanding of IP rights, registrations, licensing, and enforcement processes.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus.
