Details of the Job/Internship

Taxmantra Global is hiring a Corporate Law Executive (FEMA & Regulatory Compliance) with 2–3 years of experience to join their Corporate Law team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage FEMA compliance including FCGPR, FCTRS, and ODI filings.
• Provide advisory on FDI, ODI, and ECB matters.
• Assist in obtaining approvals and clarifications from the RBI.
• Ensure timely capital account transaction filings and regulatory reporting.
• Support entity setup for foreign investors, ensuring adherence to investment caps and sectoral rules.
• Handle incorporations for Private Limited companies, LLPs, and Section 8 entities.
• Draft and file SPICe+ forms, MOA, AOA, and statutory documents.
• Ensure post-incorporation compliance and regulatory formalities.
• Liaise with RBI, ROC, and other authorities.
• Represent clients during audits, inspections, and clarifications.
• Prepare FEMA-related documentation and maintain accurate regulatory records.
• Stay updated on amendments to FEMA, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate law and FEMA compliance.
• Prior experience with a law firm, consultancy, or corporate secretarial firm preferred.
• Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) with an LL.B/LL.M.
• Certifications in FEMA, foreign trade, or international business law are a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
