Details of the Job/Internship

Tookitaki is hiring Legal Executive with the experience of 2+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. They are looking for an attractive role for a young professional to perform a specialized, critical role with the opportunity to interact with all levels of management and obtain substantial international expertise.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage sign off and emanate issues from all the company's contracts
• We are introducing a SaaS product - to simplify the contracts for this line of activity.
• Vendor Contracts management.
• Partnerships contract management.
• Employee contracts advice.
• NDA's

Eligibility

• Should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Fintech company. A degree in Law is mandatory and Graduation from NLS(National Law School of India University) from Bangalore and Pune (Preferred).
• Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Should have possess an entrepreneurial spirit while having a comprehensive understanding of Law, business management, international markets, and strategic planning.
• Candidates should have strong analytical skills and are proficient in dealing with numerical data.
• Should have a penchant for learning new things and keenness to understand technology, new products, and services.
