Details of the Job/Internship
Tradologie.com is hiring a Legal Executive with relevant experience in corporate legal affairs to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on labor law, partnerships, corporate finance, and compliance.
- Research risk factors and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure internal policies align with legal standards and conduct compliance audits.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with external regulators, counsel, and public authorities.
- Collaborate with management on litigation and dispute resolution strategies.
- Provide legal training and explain legal concepts to internal teams.
- Develop proactive legal strategies to reduce potential liabilities.
Eligibility
- Proven experience as Legal Counsel in corporate, B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors.
- Strong grasp of corporate law and governance.
- Ability to manage complex legal matters and stakeholder negotiations.
- High ethical standards, strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
