Role and Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide timely legal counsel on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and compliance.
- Evaluate risk factors in business decisions and operational processes.
- Develop strategies to minimize legal and regulatory risks.
Compliance & Governance
- Establish and maintain governance policies in line with legal requirements.
- Monitor compliance across functions and track legislative updates.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure conformity with regulations.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Safeguard the company’s legal rights while ensuring business objectives are met.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Dispute Resolution & Strategy
- Support management in designing defense strategies for disputes and litigations.
- Handle complex legal matters with discretion and professionalism.
Training & Support
- Conduct legal training sessions for internal teams.
- Simplify legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
Proactive Legal Measures
- Anticipate legal challenges and develop preventive measures.
- Ensure business practices remain compliant with evolving laws.
