Details of the Job/Internship
Turbotech GBS is hiring a Legal Executive – Customer Contracts with 3–5 years of experience to support customer contract management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize customer contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and internal policies.
- Support contract negotiations by providing clear legal inputs.
- Identify legal risks, obligations, and key commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal degree (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in customer contracts and agreement drafting.
- Strong understanding of commercial terms and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Candidates must be based in Delhi or NCR.
