Details of the Job/Internship
Turbotech GBS is hiring a Legal Executive – Customer Contracts with 3–5 years of experience to support customer contract operations while working remotely from Delhi/NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalise customer contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support contract negotiations by providing legal insights.
- Identify risks, obligations, liabilities, and commercial terms.
- Maintain contract documentation, version control, and records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Provide legal support for customer-related queries and escalations.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract drafting or commercial legal work.
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with US-based clients is an added advantage.
- Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
