Details of the Job/Internship
udChalo is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and provide legal advice.
- Handle property law matters and carry out conveyancing.
- Draft and review contracts and manage legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to support the legal aspects of company operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Relevant experience in a legal executive position is desired.
- Strong proficiency in Law and Legal Advice.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation.
- Expertise in Property Law and Conveyancing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
