VakeelSaab is hiring a Legal Intake & Client Connection Specialist with an LL.B. qualification to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Receive and manage a high volume of inbound calls from clients seeking legal assistance.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and solution-oriented approach during interactions.
- Conduct structured intake interviews to understand clients’ legal situations.
- Identify the core legal issues, matter types and applicable jurisdictions.
- Assess client requirements and determine the type of specialized advocate needed.
- Use internal databases to match clients with appropriate external lawyers based on expertise, experience, location and case nature.
- Maintain detailed call records, case summaries, referrals and follow-up notes.
- Update the Case Management System with accuracy and completeness.
- Clearly communicate next steps to clients.
- Share case summaries with connected lawyers for seamless onboarding.
Eligibility
- Must be a practising or non-practising Advocate with an LL.B. degree.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening, empathetic communication and professional speaking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to understand and categorise legal issues quickly.
- Ability to assess case complexity and required specialization.
- Strong organisational skills with proficiency in data management and documentation.
- Comfortable using computer systems for intake, tracking and case updates.
