Details of the Job/Internship

ValueLabs is hiring a Legal Executive for an in-house corporate counsel role in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate commercial and IT contracts.
• Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance across operational and corporate functions.
• Advise on corporate law, data protection, intellectual property, and employment law matters.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams.
• Support risk management and legal governance initiatives.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience as an in-house corporate counsel or in a similar legal role.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and commercial contracting.
• Expertise in IT contracts, data protection, IP law, and employment law.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a cross-functional environment.

Salary/Stipend
