Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive at ValueLabs in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Draft, review and redline various agreements, such as MSA, NDA, LOI, Data Security Agreements, SOWs, and other IT contracts.
2. Negotiations on contracts with propective clients/ vendor attorneys for timely closures of agreements.
3. Collaboration with various internal departments amd stakeholders, such as finance, delivery, security, executive teams, etc., to bring the contracts to closure.
4. Working knowledge of procurement and vendor engagements from a legal standpoint.
5. Identifying risks in the contracts and the company operations for effective risk mitigation.
6. Flexibility to travel to represent the company on various matters, as and whenever required.
7. Providing advice on employment related matters, including employee hiring, onboarding, relieving of employment, etc.
8. In-house legal work focusing on End-to-End Contract Lifecycle Management of the company’s contract database.
9. Creating SOPs, collaterals and process flow documents for automating the legal operations.
10. Providing advice to the company on corporate legal matters.

Eligibility

1. LLB/LLM from reputed Law School.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
3. Ability to comprehend and apply laws, such as Contracts Law, Intellectual Property. Laws, Labor Laws and other statutes applicable to the governance of a company.
4. Language proficiency required: Telegu and/or Bengali.
5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
