VBeyond Corporation is hiring a Legal Executive with experience or understanding of the US staffing and recruiting industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subcontractor, and consultant agreements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Recruitment teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Liaise with external counsel on disputes and compliance matters.
- Maintain a centralized database for contracts and track renewal timelines.
- Review contracts for risk, indemnity, non-compete, confidentiality, and termination clauses.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment classification (W2, 1099, C2C), and state-specific regulations.
- Support audits and due diligence activities.
- Implement internal compliance policies related to data privacy and employment law.
- Provide legal insights and training to internal teams.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and employment models (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
