Volody is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai.
The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing legal support to stakeholders, and assisting with compliance relating to property law and conveyancing, while working with cross-functional teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance with property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal aspects of operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legal advice and compliance practices.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certifications or licensure in legal fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and digital documentation is an advantage.
