Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is looking for a Legal Executive with strong traditional legal expertise and a keen interest in AI-driven legal solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor and client contracts.
• Assist in legal research, compliance tracking, and preparation of legal documentation.
• Support internal stakeholders with contract-related queries and legal risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate legal records and contract repositories within Volody’s CLM system.
• Coordinate with external counsels for specialized legal matters.
• Use Volody’s AI features for contract drafting, review, clause comparison, and abstraction.
• Create, refine, and test AI prompts to improve accuracy of legal outputs.
• Validate AI-generated summaries, risk flags, and clause suggestions from a legal perspective.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance legal AI performance.
• Assist in building and updating contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
• Support client demos, onboarding, and training from a legal functionality standpoint. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–4 years of experience as a Legal Executive, Associate, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate/commercial law, and compliance.
• Familiarity with legal technology, CLM tools, or AI-based legal platforms (Volody experience is a strong plus).
• Interest in AI, automation, and legal innovation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
