Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide sound legal advice on property laws, contract terms, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and support end-to-end conveyancing processes.
• Assess contract-related risks and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.
• Configure legal workflows in alignment with contract management best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and use of CLM tools.
• Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments affecting contract and property law.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation in the centralized repository.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Proven experience in legal drafting, property law, and conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management principles.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools or legal tech solutions is a strong advantage.
