Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
- Providing legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance with property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage legal aspects of operations.
- Ensuring alignment of legal processes with organisational objectives.
Eligibility
- Expertise in law with a strong understanding of legal advice and compliance practices.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and review.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- Certifications or licensure in legal fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and digital documentation is an advantage.
- Mumbai-based candidates only.
