Details of the Job/Internship

Vyapti Vandemataram (I) Infrabuild Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Savantvadi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle securitisation of land papers, identify defects in mutation entries, and prepare index checklists and event lists with complete accuracy within the defined TAT.
• Draft, review, and vet real estate documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, development agreements, powers of attorney, and conveyance deeds.
• Conduct title due diligence, prepare title search reports, and verify property ownership documents.
• Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Municipal Corporations, and Revenue Departments for registration, mutation, and land record verification.
• Ensure compliance with state revenue laws, land acquisition acts, and property and tenancy laws.
• Assist in obtaining property clearances, approvals, and NOCs from government authorities.
• Maintain and update legal records, agreements, and document repositories.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and clients on legal matters.
• Handle legal notices, replies, and support litigation related to property and revenue issues.
• Track legal and regulatory changes in real estate and land revenue laws.
• Apply knowledge of local land and revenue laws, especially the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code or other applicable state laws.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in land revenue or real estate legal work.
• Strong knowledge of land revenue systems, property documentation, and government processes.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with government officials and manage fieldwork.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

Salary/Stipend
