Details of the Job/Internship

Vybe Cabs is hiring a Legal Executive with corporate compliance experience to join their hybrid team in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory documentation and legal due diligence.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Provide legal risk management and advisory support.
• Handle corporate compliance and ROC filings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in corporate legal roles.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
