Xotik Travel and Forex Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive to join its office in Jaipur. The role involves preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It also includes managing and advising on property law matters, conveyancing, and other applicable legal aspects to support the organization’s operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
- Provide expert legal advice on various matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and advise on property law matters and conveyancing.
- Handle other applicable legal issues to support organizational operations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency and knowledge in legal advice and law.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage legal documents.
- Experience in property law and conveyancing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research and strong attention to detail.
