Details of the Job/Internship

Zippee is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–4 years of relevant experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor, partner, service, and customer contracts.
• Manage legal compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment.
• Support business and commercial negotiations from a legal perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business, Supply & Logistics Planning, and HR.
• Assist with internal legal documentation and advisory matters.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in law firms or in-house roles across ecommerce, consumer, or logistics sectors.
• LLB or LLM (Hons) from a reputed law school.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure startup environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
