Mentor Home Loans India Limited is hiring Legal Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager for Home Loans to join them at their Jaipur office (on an urgent basis). Preference for HFC Company.

Role and Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge in SARFAESI Act, Prepare 13(2) Notice, Paper Publication, Possession & Auction Activity, Sale Certificate etc. 
• Handling against Cases, FIR & MIS.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B, LL.M.
• Preliminary Qualifying Exam: 3 Years and Above
