Details of the Job/Internship

Simpolo Tiles and Bathware is hiring a Legal Executive / Senior Legal Executive with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on company matters, labour laws, and corporate issues.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Identify legal risks and suggest preventive measures.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and support litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research as required.
• Liaise with management and government authorities.

Eligibility

• LL.B (LL.M preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of corporate and labour laws.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.

Salary/Stipend
