Details of the Job/Internship

V-Green Global is hiring for the position of Legal Expert/ Senior Lawyer with 7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various legal verticals to provide comprehensive legal guidance for both corporate operations and affiliated entities.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a framework for delegation, authorization, and accountability across the company.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and relevant legal regulations across all business units.
• Review and advise on commercial, labor, and business contracts to mitigate legal risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee timely and accurate submission of statutory reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Lead, organize, and supervise all legal and compliance activities across the company’s operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; possession of a lawyer’s practicing certificate is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in Vietnamese laws, particularly in areas such as corporate law, foreign investment, commercial law, labor, construction, real estate, land leasing, environment, M&A, and dispute resolution.
• Experience in the energy, electricity, or EV charging sector is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities—decisive, accountable, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to work with urgency and precision, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Salary/Stipend
