AD Law Office is hiring a Legal Expert for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting services.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Address and resolve legal issues across practice areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Handle corporate and commercial law matters.
• Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Expertise in law, legal consulting, and document preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; advanced legal qualifications are preferred.
