• Prepare and review Title Reports and Search Reports.
• Handle online certified copy downloads from the IGR website.
• Resolve legal queries related to property documentation and compliance.
• Maintain and organize legal documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities for legal clarifications.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good understanding of property law processes, title verification, and certified copies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
