Details of the Job/Internship
CRISIL is hiring a Legal Expert – Transport Sector Consulting with a minimum of 6 years of experience (preferably 9+ years) to join its team in Gandhidham, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and evaluate transaction documents including RFPs and concession agreements.
- Advise on legal structuring of PPP projects across multiple infrastructure sectors.
- Provide risk analysis and compliance guidance for ongoing and proposed projects.
- Support multi-sectoral transaction advisory initiatives, particularly in the transport and port sectors.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree in law; higher qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience; 9+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with RFPs, Model/Draft Concession Agreements, and PPP legal frameworks.
- Exposure to infrastructure sectors such as power, telecom, highways, airports, railways, industrial parks, petroleum & natural gas, irrigation, water supply, sewerage, and real estate.
- Experience in the port sector and transaction advisory for PPP is a strong plus.
