Details of the Job/Internship

GSM Indonesia is hiring a Legal Expert with experience of minimum 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice to ensure full compliance with local and international laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and essential business documents.
Support business units by mitigating risks and advising on regulatory matters.
Handle legal disputes to safeguard the company’s interests.
Collaborate with internal teams to align legal and business strategies.
Monitor legal developments to maintain industry-leading compliance.

Eligibility

Minimum of 5 years of legal experience with a track record in law firms and startups.
Proven ability to manage complex legal issues with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of relevant local and international legal frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
