Lexlegis.ai is hiring a Legal Expert in New Delhi, Delhi with 10 years of experience to work ar their office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Project Compliance & Execution: Ensure all project activities, contracts, and decisions align with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic guidance on regulations impacting the project.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with project teams and stakeholders to communicate legal updates and address compliance concerns.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Assess legal risks in project execution and implement proactive solutions to minimize exposure.

Eligibility

• Education: BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, or LLB from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the legal field.
• Expertise: Legal advisory experience on at least one project involving the Central/State Government, PSU, Banking, Financial Sector, or a Regulatory Body in India.
