Pepproni is hiring a Legal & Financial Strategist to handle the financial and legal aspects of the company during its pre-revenue, MVP stage.

Role and Responsibilities

• Runway and capital allocation planning.
• Cap table structuring.
• Create practical valuation frameworks.
• Manage ROI, investor math, and cash burn.
• Ensure risk and compliance with SEBI, RERA, RBI, SPVs, etc.
• Prepare for investor discussions.
• Align all financial and legal activities with company vision and protect company interests.

Eligibility

• Capability to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong character, ambition, and hunger.
• Resumes and degrees are not required.
• Compensation and ESOPs subject to individual performance and fit.

Salary/Stipend
