Pretium is hiring a Legal Foreclosure Attorney to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure cases from start to finish.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on foreclosure matters.
• Represent clients in court.
• Collaborate with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience working in finance or real estate law is a plus.
