Details of the Job/Internship
We are looking for one intern to join our Legal Freelancing Team.
Role and Responsibilities
Student Allocation & Coordination
- Posting 100+ freelance opportunities on the Assignment Portal (including reposting if needed).
- Shortlisting students by verifying assignment portal screenshots and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Allocating assignments and ensuring students understand submission guidelines.
- Conducting introductory calls (weekly/bi-weekly) to clarify guidelines and expectations.
- Maintaining submission records, tracking deadlines, and following up on late submissions.
- Coordinating with reviewers for feedback sessions and organizing multiple review sessions if needed.
- Conducting preliminary assignment checks and ensuring submission criteria are met.
- Coordinating student LinkedIn success stories, invoices, and payment requests.
- Liaising with the finance team for payment processing.
- Maintaining a database of opportunities, assignments, review sessions, and financial records.
Database Maintenance
- Tracking review calls and support hours.
- Maintaining financial records for client invoices and payments.
- Keeping an updated database of payments made to students through Legal Freelancing & Upwork Agency.
- Monitoring associate performance metrics.
