Details of the Job/Internship

Vaishnodevi Estates is hiring a Legal Head / Legal Manager with experience in real estate law to lead all legal due diligence, documentation, and compliance activities. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house title verification and ownership chain analysis for land acquisitions.
• Draft and vet MOUs, sale deeds, notices, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate with business development teams and government offices for ownership documents.
• Liaise with panel advocates for external opinions and litigation updates.
• Handle purchaser advocate queries regarding title and documentation.
• Support external counsels in litigation matters and maintain legal MIS reports.
• Present consolidated monthly legal reports to company directors.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of RERA, land acquisition laws, and property regulations.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
