Nexlance Innovations is hiring a Legal Head (Corporate & Real Estate Law) with 8–12 years of experience to join their Head Office in Greater Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage legal functions across the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and documents.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and external legal matters.
• Advise senior leadership on legal strategy, risk, and corporate governance.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
• 8–12 years of experience in corporate or real estate law.
• Strong command of legal drafting and contract negotiation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strategic, self-driven, and leadership-oriented.

Salary/Stipend
