CREDIFIN LIMITED is hiring a Legal Head with proven expertise in legal compliance and consulting to join their team in Jalandhar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s legal operations and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation.
- Address and resolve legal issues affecting the business.
- Ensure the company adheres to applicable laws and internal policies.
- Lead and manage the legal team effectively.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in legal compliance, consulting, and document preparation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
